Product information "Jamieson Selenium + Vitamin Complex 50 mg Tablets"

Selenium protects the cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal thyroid function, normal sperm production and the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a meal. The dosage complies with EU legislation or should be adjusted by a doctor if necessary.
Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended
recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients

One tablet contains (as % of NRV*): Selenium 50 μg (90 %), beta-carotene 5,000 IU/3,000 μg (375 %), vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg (75 %), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 10 IU/6.7 mg (55.8 %).

Further ingredients: Calcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), cellulose (carrier), vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate (coating), soluble cellulose, silicon dioxide.
