Jamieson Vitamin E 400 IU capsules support the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin E has an antioxidant effect. It protects against "free radicals". These are aggressive oxygen compounds that are produced in the course of normal metabolic reactions in the body, but also by UV radiation and cigarette smoke, and can damage cells. Vitamin E is therefore an important cell protection vitamin.

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule every other day after a meal.
Requires vitamin C to react. Patients taking prescription medication should discuss taking the preparation with a doctor. Store at 15-25 ° C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date can be found on the packaging.
