Directions

Adults take 1 capsule daily - preferably with a meal.
Not suitable for children. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date can be found on the packaging.

One capsule contains: Vitamin A (palmitate) 3 000 μg RAE/10 000 IU (375 % NRV*), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 20 μg/800 IU (400 % NRV*) *NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011
