Tripping, falling, cutting yourself: Minor accidents happen quickly. But even minor injuries can cause infections if they are not treated properly. A clean and cleansed wound is therefore the first step towards optimal healing and effective protection against infection.

Hansaplast wound spray for antiseptic wound cleansing is suitable for acute wounds such as cuts, abrasions, minor 1st and 2nd degree burns and open blisters. Hansaplast Wound Spray can also be used on chronic and post-operative wounds as directed by a doctor. Stuck or encrusted dressings can also be moistened with Hansaplast Wound Spray to make them easier to remove.

Hansaplast wound spray removes dirt and bacteria from wounds quickly and painlessly. It does not contain alcohol and does not dry out the skin. Hansaplast wound spray is therefore ideal for children and sensitive skin.

Unlike other solutions, such as iodine, Hansaplast Wound Spray is colourless and leaves no residue on the skin or clothing. Thanks to the 360° spray head, Hansaplast Wound Spray can be applied in any position, even upside down - ideal for travelling, sports or other leisure activities.

How to use

Stop bleeding. Spray onto the entire wound from a distance of approx. 10 cm to remove dirt and visible particles. Repeat the process if necessary. Carefully dry the wound and surrounding skin. Sticky or encrusted dressings can be moistened for easy removal.

Warning:

• For larger wounds with a lot of exudate or signs of infection, a doctor should be contacted.
• In case of doubt, a doctor should be consulted to determine the severity of the burn.
• For external use only.
• If there is redness, swelling or pain in the wound area, if the condition worsens or if the wound healing process does not start within a few days, a doctor should be consulted.
• A doctor should be consulted before use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 2 years of age.

Do not use:

• In combination with other topical preparations.
• In combination with anionic surfactants, soaps, oils, gels, etc.
• In case of known allergies to any of the ingredients.
• In the middle or inner ear and around the eyes.
• Permanent for more than 30 days.
• Do not swallow.

0.1% decyl glucoside surfactant and 0.04% polihexanide (PHMB) in Ringer's solution.
