Our joints, which consist of bones and connective tissue, need an adequate supply of micronutrients. GELENKODOR.® combines all the important building materials for cartilage, bones and joints in one product. Normal connective tissue formation, mobility and elasticity of the ligaments are optimally supported. Vitamin C, D3 and hyaluronic acid promote collagen formation.

This is how GELENKODOR.® increases the enjoyment of exercise. Not only strong muscles, but especially the joints ensure stability and mobility during movement sequences. So take precautions now and support joints, ligaments and tissue with moderate training, supportive (sports) shoes and appropriate superfoods! Active ingredients

  • Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural cartilage substances. The activity of the cartilage cells and the water binding of the cartilage are positively influenced.
  • Hyaluronic acid is part of the synovial fluid and protects the joints from friction and impact.
  • MSM provides biologically active sulphur, also an important building block of cartilage structures.
  • Manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation. Together with vitamin D3, it can promote the maintenance of normal bones.
  • Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation for normal cartilage and bone function.
  • Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
  • Magnesium is an important ingredient in many ways: it promotes normal energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports the maintenance of normal muscle function, bones and teeth and also has a function in cell division. It also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal protein synthesis and promotes electrolyte balance.

Directions
In the first 2 weeks, take 2 capsules twice a day with a glass of water (saturation dose). Thereafter, 2 capsules a day with a glass of water can be taken on a long-term basis (maintenance dose).
