Directions for use
- Adolescents aged 12 years and over, adults and elderly patients: One enteric-coated capsule twice daily.
- Patients with impaired renal and/or hepatic function: No data are available regarding dosage instructions for patients with impaired renal or hepatic function.
- For oral use.
- The capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water), preferably in the morning and at lunchtime, at least 30 minutes before the next meal.
- The capsules may also be taken without a meal following administration.
- The capsules must be swallowed whole. They must not be chewed, crushed or broken before swallowing, to prevent the active ingredient from being released prematurely.
- The enteric-coated capsules should be taken until the symptoms have subsided, usually within two to four weeks. If the symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks, you must consult a doctor. If symptoms persist, treatment with enteric-coated capsules may be continued for up to 3 months per course of treatment.
Ingredients
- 90 mg Mentha x piperita L., aetheroleum (peppermint oil) and 50 mg Carum carvi L., aetheroleum (caraway oil).
- The other ingredients are: succinylated gelatine, glycerol 85%, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, glycerol monostearate 40–55, methacrylic acid–ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersion 30%, medium-chain triglycerides, sodium dodecyl sulphate, sorbitol solution (non-crystallising), titanium dioxide (E 171), yellow iron oxide (E 172), Patent Blue V (E 131), quinoline yellow (E 104).

Blähungen und Magendrücken weg - bin begeistert!
Leide seit mehreren Wochen unter Blähungen und Druck in der Magengegend, daher einiges ausprobiert - alles ohne dauerhafte Erleichterung. Mir wurde von einer befreundeten Ärztin dann Gaspan empfohlen, weil es Kümmel und Pfefferminzöl - was ja beides sehr gut für Magen/Verdauung ist - in hochkonzentrierter Form enthält. Nach wenigen Tagen ging es mir bereits viel besser, bin positiv überrascht wie gut es geholfen hat. Kann es nur jedem empfehlen der/die auch mit Magen- und/oder Verdauungsbeschwerden zu kämpfen hat!
