Gall Pharma Haar-Fit capsules are a food supplement containing biotin, sodium selenite, copper orotate, zinc gluconate, L-methionine, silica and brewer’s yeast to support natural hair function.

Strong, silky and shiny hair is synonymous with attractiveness, health and youth. There is great interest in having a beautiful head of hair. This is evident from the sheer abundance of hair care products for external use available on the market. However, as hair quality inevitably depends on the hair follicles receiving an adequate supply of nutrients, hair can also be made to shine from within. Like our skin and nails, our hair is exposed to significant stress on a daily basis. External factors such as UV radiation, dry air, nicotine, alcohol, a poor diet and stress can make our hair look dull. The Beauty Booster Haar-Fit capsules contain a unique combination of brewer’s yeast, silica, L-methionine, zinc, copper and biotin. Biotin and zinc help maintain normal hair. Brewer’s yeast itself also contains large amounts of biotin and numerous B vitamins, which are required for the production of keratin, the main component of hair. The silicon in silica binds water and helps the hair retain more moisture. Copper supports normal hair pigmentation.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times a day with plenty of liquid at mealtimes.

Ingredients: Brewer’s yeast (brewer’s yeast, silicon dioxide); silica, L-methionine, zinc gluconate, copper orotate, sodium selenite, biotin Capsule shell: cellulose; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules) %NRV*: 0.15 mg biotin (300 % NRV*), 54 µg selenium (98 % NRV*), 1 mg copper (100% NRV*), 15 mg zinc (150% NRV*), 138 mg L-methionine, 210 mg silica and 900 mg brewer’s yeast. *NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake.
