Gall Pharma Hair-Fit capsules are a dietary supplement with biotin, sodium selenite, copper orotate, zinc gluconate, L-methionine, silica and brewer's yeast to support natural hair function.

This is demonstrated by the endless abundance of hair care products for external use available on the market. However, as the condition of the hair is also inevitably based on a needs-based supply of nutrients to the hair follicles, hair can also be made to shine from the inside. Hair, just like skin and nails, is exposed to high levels of stress on a daily basis. External influences such as UV radiation, dry air, nicotine, alcohol, poor nutrition and stress make our hair appear dull. The Beauty Booster Hair-Fit Capsules contain a unique combination of brewer's yeast, silica, L-methionine, zinc, copper and biotin. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Brewer's yeast itself also contains large amounts of biotin and numerous B vitamins, which are needed for the production of keratin, the main component of hair. The silicon in silica binds water and helps to moisturise the hair. Copper supports normal hair pigmentation.

Adults: Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid at mealtimes.

Ingredients: Brewer's yeast (brewer's yeast, silicon dioxide); silica, L-methionine, zinc gluconate, copper orotate, sodium selenite, biotin Capsule shell: cellulose; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules) %NRV*: 0.15 mg biotin (300 % NRV*), 54 µg selenium (98 % NRV*), 1 mg copper (100 % NRV*), 15 mg zinc (150 % NRV*), 138 mg L-methionine, 210 mg silica and 900 mg brewer's yeast *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
