An essential oil is extracted from the leaves of this extremely hardy tree, which is a key ingredient in many ointments and balms. A typical winter essence for clearing and loosening, as well as for purifying living spaces and for use in the sauna. Thanks to its lower 1,8-cineole content, the essential oil of organic cajeput is milder than eucalyptus oil.

Usage

• For room fragrancing and personal aromatherapy.
• For use in aromatherapy, particularly during sensitive life stages (children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, the elderly, pre-existing conditions), consult specialist literature for the appropriate oil selection and various methods of application. Essential oils are highly concentrated substances; therefore, caution is advised for those prone to migraines or epilepsy, as well as for young children, and when using them to fragrance rooms where pets are present. Individual components may be skin irritants; therefore, always dilute the oils and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
