FIT® Therapy Period Patch is a patch with FIR technology (Far Infrared), which reflects the body's own infrared radiation. The FIT patch contains minerals (titanium compounds) and is made of 100% polypropylene fleece. Scientific studies based on spectroscopy have shown that a special mineral composition (metal dioxide) in powder form called AT5.05 is able to reflect the far infrared rays (FIR). This technology is used on the human body to reflect the infrared rays emitted by the body and thus achieve positive effects on the organism.

How quickly does the period patch work?

An initial improvement can be seen after just a few minutes and occurs within 24 hours at the latest. For a better effect: Apply the patch 2 days before the start of your period!

Application

For the treatment of menstrual pain:

Remove the FIT plasters from the protective film.
Apply the two oval patches in the area of the ovaries and the curved patch in the lower back (lumbar spine L3) to clean, dry and hairless skin.
Wait about two minutes with movements to ensure that the plaster adheres completely.
Leave patch on skin for up to 5 days.
Continue treatment until symptoms improve.

The plaster retains its function even when wet (e.g. when showering).

Advice: Do not apply plasters to wounds, damaged or reddened areas of skin.
