The FIT® Therapy Patch is a plaster featuring FIR (Far Infrared) technology, which reflects the body’s own infrared radiation. The FIT plaster contains minerals (titanium compounds) and is made from 100% polypropylene non-woven fabric.

Scientific studies based on spectroscopy have shown that a specific mineral composition (metal dioxide) in powder form, known as AT5.05, is capable of reflecting far-infrared (FIR) rays. This technology is used on the human body to reflect the infrared rays emitted by the body, thereby producing beneficial effects on the organism.

For pain in various areas (back, neck, knees, elbows, spine/back, shoulders...).
To alleviate musculoskeletal complaints and more quickly reduce tissue acidification caused by excessive strain on muscle fibres.
For the functional recovery of the affected muscle tissue following overexertion, muscle contracture and loss of strength caused by stress-related symptoms. Pain is relieved and a muscle-relaxing effect is achieved in the relevant muscle area.

The onset of the effect may vary, depending on the individual’s state of health.
The effects (positive results) may be felt after a few minutes or, in most cases, within the first 24 hours.

Directions for use
  • Peel the plaster off the protective film
  • Apply the plaster to the area where you are experiencing pain (the skin must be dry, clean and free of hair)
  • To ensure the plaster adheres properly, wait for about 2 minutes whilst gently moving the area where the plaster is applied
  • The plaster can remain on the skin for 5 days
  • The plaster remains effective even when wet (e.g. whilst showering)

  • 100% polypropylene; the most biocompatible material; dries instantly, does not absorb water (no bacterial growth)
  • Acrylic adhesive
  • Ink colours (food colouring)
  • A mixture of titanium dioxide particles of varying sizes, designated AT5.05 (internal code)
