• Adults: 3 x 5 drops, normal: 2 x 6 drops.
• Junior: 3 x 1 drop.
  
• Increase fluid intake during consumption. Shake before use. Mix the product with 100ml of water and consume half an hour before or after a meal. We recommend taking a one-week break after 3 weeks of use
