Ducray Dexyane Protective Cleansing Oil is ideal for daily cleansing of the face and body for very dry skin prone to atopic dermatitis. Nourishes, repairs, soothes and protects against skin dryness.

DEXYANE Protective Cleansing Oil cleanses, nourishes and protects the face and body of very dry skin prone to atopic eczema. A highly compatible shower oil with a physiological pH value that has been developed without soap or fragrances. As a result, it offers gentle cleansing and is suitable for the whole family - from birth onwards. The formulation contains highly nourishing active ingredients, in particular GLYCERIN, SHEABUTTER, COCONUT OIL and DRILLER THISTLE OIL, which moisturise the skin and protect it from drying out.

Active ingredients

Glycerine (20%) and shea butter are known for their moisturising and nourishing properties.
Isoleucine limits bacterial adhesion, especially of S. aureus (Staphylococcus aureus).
ß-Glycyrrhetinic acid, a skin-soothing active ingredient.
Hydroxydecin®: active ingredient that increases physiological skin hydration by stimulating the synthesis of filaggrin*. *Tested in vitro.
Safflower oil: active ingredient known to strengthen the lipid barrier
A gentle cleansing base with a highly compatible, physiological pH value. Developed to minimise the risk of allergic reactions. Soap-free, fragrance-free. Well tolerated by eyes and the external genital area.
