Dexyane Protective Barrier Cream helps to strengthen dry, irritated, damaged skin and skin prone to atopic dermatitis. It protects the skin from irritating metals, physical (e.g. repeated friction) and chemical irritants (e.g. cleaning agents) in both domestic and professional environments. The skin is nourished and moisturised. The innovative texture leaves an invisible and long-lasting protective film on the skin. Ideal for work-related irritations, chronic hand eczema or perioral eczema.

The skin is under constant attack both at home and at work. Repeated hand washing, handling chemicals or detergents can weaken the skin. Dry, irritated skin, which is prone to atopic eczema, is even more sensitive to irritation and leads to discomfort. Skilled workers, mostly in manual occupations, who expose their hands to high levels of stress on a daily basis, are most affected. These include carers, hairdressers, cleaners and those working in the construction and metalworking industries.

It is therefore essential to protect their skin from external influences that are often very difficult to avoid. The use of a barrier cream makes it possible to protect the skin from irritants thanks to an oil phase. In addition to a careful skincare routine adapted to the skin type, the barrier cream can reduce the aggressors and irritations associated with these everyday dangers.

Active ingredients

DRILLER THISTLE OIL - active ingredient known to strengthen the lipid barrier
HYDROXYDECIN® - active ingredient that increases physiological skin hydration by stimulating the synthesis of filaggrin* *tested in vitro.

Apply 2-3 times a day to irritated areas of skin.
Advice: Avoid contact with eyes. The use of a barrier cream does not replace the wearing of protective gloves.
