It has been known for decades that the indigenous people of Greenland have hardly any problems with their heart, blood vessels and blood lipid levels thanks to a sufficient supply of omega-3 fatty acids. This is because one of the main sources of food in Greenland is fish, which is rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids. These are regarded as natural protectors of the heart and blood vessels. Active ingredients

Fish oil, linseed oil, olive oil

• Pollutant-tested fish oil from cold-water fish with 80% omega-3 content (such as EPA, DHA) makes a valuable contribution to normal heart and brain function. The positive effect as a contribution to normal heart function is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA (1 capsule), the maintenance of normal brain function with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA (2 capsules).
• Valuable linseed oil is a natural source of the plant-based omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
• Virgin olive oil contains omega-9, an important unsaturated fatty acid, as a further plant-based component.
• Vitamin E protects the sensitive unsaturated fatty acids from oxidation ("going rancid") and thus preserves their effectiveness and shelf life. Vitamin E also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

How to use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily unchewed with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
