- Artelac® NighttimeGel provides intensive and long-lasting moisturisation of the eye’s surface.
- The main ingredients, carbomer and lipids, offer night-time protection for dry eyes by replenishing the missing components of the lipid and mucin layers of the natural tear film. Carbomer binds moisture to the tear film for a long time, whilst the lipids reduce the evaporation of tear fluid.
- As a thick, lipid-containing gel, it is particularly suitable for use at night.
- It can be used alongside thin eye lubricants such as Artelac® Splash.
- Contact lenses should be removed before application. They can be reinserted after approximately 15 minutes.
- Artelac® NighttimeGel is available in a handy stand-up tube and can be used for 6 weeks after opening.

Directions for use
- Remove the protective cap from the tip of the tube before each use .
- Tilt your head back slightly, gently pull down your lower eyelid with a finger of your free hand, and hold the tube vertically over your eye with the tip pointing downwards . Squeeze the tube gently to instil one drop of gel into the eye.
- Replace the protective cap on the tube after each use. Then close your eye and move it slowly from side to side. Blink afterwards to spreadthe gel drop as evenly as possible over the surface of your eye.
