- Artelac® NighttimeGel provides intensive and long-lasting moisturisation of the eye surface.
- The main ingredients carbomer and lipids provide night-time protection for dry eyes by replenishing the missing components of the lipid and mucin layer of the natural tear film. Carbomer binds moisture in the tear film for a long time and the lipids reduce the evaporation of the tear fluid.
- As a viscous gel containing lipids, it is particularly suitable for use at night.
- It can be used in conjunction with low-viscosity eye moisturisers such as Artelac® Splash.
- Contact lenses should be removed before use. They can be reinserted after approx. 15 minutes.
- Artelac® NighttimeGel is available in a practical stand-up tube and can be used for 6 weeks after opening.
Dosage form
How to use
- Remove the protective cap from the tip of the tube before each application.
- Tilt your head back slightly, gently pull your lower eyelid downwards with one finger of your free hand and hold the tube vertically over your eye with the dropper tip pointing downwards. Squeeze the tube gently to drop a drop of gel into the eye.
- Replace the protective cap on the tube after each application. Then close your eye and move it slowly back and forth. Then blink to distribute the gel drop as evenly as possible over the surface of the eye.
