• Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 1 capsule daily.
• Use in children: Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended due to lack of data.
• Route of administration: Oral use. The capsules should be taken whole with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.
• Duration of use: As the effect of the medicinal product builds up gradually over the first few days of use, Dr Böhm® St John's Wort 425 mg capsules should be taken consistently, whereby a period of at least 14 days is advisable. The onset of effect can be expected within 4 weeks of treatment. If you do not feel better or even worse after 6 weeks, consult your doctor.

• The active ingredient is: Dry extract of St John's wort (Hyperici herba) 1 capsule contains: 425.00 mg dry extract of St John's wort (drug-extract ratio 3.5 - 6.0 : 1), extractant: ethanol 60 % m/m.
• The other ingredients are Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, talc, cellulose powder, magnesium stearate, gelatine, chlorophyllin-copper complex E 141, iron oxide yellow E 172, iron oxide red E 172.
• Note for diabetics: 1 capsule contains 0.0016 bread units (BE).
