- Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and normal reproduction. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones. - Take 2 x 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid at least half an hour after lunch or dinner.
