Dr Kottas Lavender Tea is a herbal tea with a balancing and relaxing effect, rich in essential oils.

The herbal tea is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 0.5 g, ready to use, dosed, ingredient and flavour protected.

Lavender (Flos Lavandulae)

  • Lavender is native to the western Mediterranean. The shrub grows up to half a metre tall and produces purple flowers with a pleasant and characteristic fragrance. It flowers from July to August.
  • Effect: The essential oil of lavender flowers has a calming effect on the central nervous system and is used to treat restlessness and sleep disorders.

How to use
  • Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag well and drink the tea lukewarm, in sips.
  • TIP: For a good night's sleep, drink a cup before going to bed!
