Dr Kottas horsetail tea, 20 ST

Dr Kottas Horsetail Tea is a traditional herbal medicinal product for flushing the urinary tract as a support for mild urinary tract complaints. The use of this traditional herbal medicinal product in the areas of application mentioned is based exclusively on many years of use.

Horsetail or field horsetail or horsetail (Herba Equiseti)

• Early in the spring, horsetail (horsetail) sprouts brown spore shoots to the surface from a branched rootstock that lies horizontally in the ground. A few weeks later, the barren shoots are formed, which are used medicinally and are rich in silicic acid.
• Effect: Horsetail has a strong diuretic effect, but without influencing or even changing the electrolyte balance. It is ideal for flushing out bacterial and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract and renal gravel.

Directions for use

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 cup of tea 3-4 times a day
• Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag and drink the tea lukewarm, in sips. The tea can be sweetened to taste.
• If the symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement after 7 days, a doctor should be consulted.
• Use in children and adolescents under 12 years of age is not recommended as there is insufficient data available.

Notes:

• Dr Kottas Horsetail Tea must not be taken- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the active ingredient, - if your doctor has recommended a reduced fluid intake, e.g. due to a certain heart or kidney disease.
• Special care is required when using Dr Kottas Horsetail Tea: If complications such as fever, pain when urinating, cramps or blood in the urine occur during use, a doctor must be consulted.
