Dr Ehrenberger Shilajit Humic Acid Capsules are a dietary supplement derived from the resin of the Himalayan mountains. Shilajit is a natural remedy that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It contains a wide variety of minerals, trace elements and other bioactive substances that are important for the health of body and mind.

In some parts of the mountains of Central Asia, an asphalt-like substance is found which – depending on the region – is known as shilajit, mumijo, barachschin or maumasil. Shilajit is also referred to as the ‘gold of the Himalayas’. One might well mistake shilajit for a stone, yet it is of organic origin – the end product of countless years of natural decomposition of plant remains, lichens and resins, rich in humic acids, particularly fulvic acid, which is also found in humus. This reflects the cycles of nature, of decomposition and regeneration. Shilajit is a fascinating gift of creation, found in this form only in special places in the Himalayas.

Ingredients: Papaya leaf (Carica papaya), acacia fibre powder (Fibregum), shilajit extract (Asphaltum), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): Shilajit extract (20% fulvic acid) 240 mg, acacia fibre 300 mg, papaya leaf 750 mg.
