Dr Ehrenberger Shilajit Humic Acid Capsules are a dietary supplement extracted from the resin of the Himalayan mountain. Shilajit is a natural remedy that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine and contains a variety of minerals, trace elements and other bioactive substances that are important for the health of body and mind.

In some places, the mountains of Central Asia release an asphalt-like substance called shilajit, mumijo, barachshin or maumasil, depending on the region. Shilajit is also known as the gold of the Himalayas. Shilajit could also be mistaken for a stone, but it is of organic origin - the end product of countless years of natural decomposition of plant remains, lichens and resins, rich in humic acids, especially fulvic acid, which is also found in humus. This reflects the cycles of nature, of decomposition and construction. Shilajit is a fascinating gift of creation that can only be found in this form in special places in the Himalayas.

Ingredients

Ingredients: papaya leaf (Carica papaya), acacia fibre powder (Fibregum), shilajit extract (Asphaltum) hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): shilajit extract (20 % fulvic acid) 240 mg, acacia fibre 300 mg, papaya leaf 750 mg.
