Tiredness & exhaustion

• Numerous vitamins and minerals are essential for the body’s energy supply. Even a slight deficiency can negatively affect energy production and lead to a lack of energy, tiredness or exhaustion. Directions for use

Adults and young people aged 12 and over: 1 effervescent tablet. It is best taken with or after a meal.
