Dr. Böhm® Joint Complex film-coated tablets are a dietary supplement designed to support cartilage, bones and intervertebral discs! Manganese supports normal bone function, whilst vitamin C supports normal cartilage function, plus 5 joint-supporting ingredients.

An innovative combination of vitamins and micronutrients, supplemented with the five most important joint and cartilage components to nourish the joints.

Directions for use

During the first two weeks, take 1 tablet twice daily, whole with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal. Thereafter, to ensure a continuous supply of nutrients over the long term, 1–2 tablets may be taken daily as required. We recommend taking this for a period of at least 3 months.
