MAGNESIUM+POTASSIUM CITRATE from Doppelherz system contains the two minerals magnesium and potassium in citrate form. Citrates are the organic compounds of these minerals.

- Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. A sufficient supply of magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. The mineral contributes to the electrolyte balance and, as there is often an increased loss of fluids during intense physical activity and sport, important electrolytes are removed from the body. It is therefore important to consume sufficient fluids and electrolytes.

Directions for use
- Dissolve 1 sachet in 1 glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once a day outside of meals and drink.
- Note: People with kidney or heart disease should consult their doctor before taking potassium.

- Ingredients: Trimagnesium dicitrate, acidifier citric acid, bulking agent isomalt, potassium citrate, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings, maltodextrin, beetroot juice concentrate, sweetener sodium cyclamate, sweetener sodium saccharin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colouring agent riboflavin-5'-phosphate.
