- The essential amino acid L-tryptophan, which the body cannot produce itself, is important for the production of serotonin, the so-called happiness hormone.
- B vitamins and the mineral magnesium fulfil important functions in the body for the nervous system.
- The peptide alpha-casozepine is produced in the intestines of kittens during the digestion of breast milk. The calming effect of suckling is attributed to it. This modern ingredient has also been studied in adult animals (cats and dogs). ¹ ² ³ ⁴
Dosage form
Directions for use
- Feed 1 sachet daily. For cats of all ages and breeds. Please consume each sachet within 1 day of opening and always provide fresh drinking water. Feed Double Heart for Animals Relax Complex to your cat directly from the sachet, pure in the bowl or as an addition to the daily food.
- Continuous administration of the licks over a longer period of time: e.g. when acclimatising new cats. e.g. when acclimatising new animals, moving to a new home or generally with insecure animals.
- Short-term administration of Licks: For acute, short-lasting incidents such as visits to the vet or New Year's Eve.
Ingredients
- Composition: Meat and animal by-products, oils and fats (including 1.5 % salmon oil), vegetable by-products, milk protein hydrolysate (0.75 %, alpha-casozepine 0.014 %), milk protein, magnesium (0.11 %).
- Analytical constituents: crude protein 4.3 %, crude fat 5 %, crude ash 2 %, crude fibre 0.5 %, moisture 84 %.
- Additives (nutritional) per kg: vitamin B1 (3a821) 113 mg, vitamin B2 (3a825ii) 56 mg, vitamin B6 (3a831) 340 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 5.7 mg, niacin (3a315) 340 mg, folic acid (3a316) 9.9 mg, L-tryptophan 11.3 g.
