Lysimun Oral Solution for Cats is a complementary feed to strengthen the normal immune defences of cats.

A palatable oral solution to provide dietary support for feline rhinitis complex and other conditions associated with weakened immune defences (such as gingivitis/stomatitis complex etc.).

The formulation of Lysimun uses the special properties of its nutrients and biological additives to promote convalescence and strengthen the cat's defences. The addition of the protein building block L-lysine and the protein lactoferrin supports the treatment of viral infections in cats (e.g. caused by herpes and/or caliciviruses) and their regular administration has been proven to reduce symptoms and recurring episodes. Yeast cell wall components, such as 1,3 / 1,6 ß-glucans, promote the activity of macrophages and other specialised cells that defend the organism against pathogens.

The ß-glucans contained in Lysimun are encapsulated in liposomes (very small vesicles made of phospholipids). Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 support energy metabolism, have a positive effect on appetite and have epithelium-protecting properties. They also promote the health of the lymphatic tissue of the upper respiratory tract.

Directions for use

Adult cat (4 - 5 kg): 1.0 ml 1 to 2 times daily.
Young cat (1 - 3 kg): 0.5 ml 1 to 2 times daily.
Kitten (under 1 kg): 0.25 ml 1 to 2 times a day.

Ingredients

Composition: Fructose, yeasts (1.3 / 1.6 ß-glucans), oils and fats, milk and dairy products (lactoferrin), vitamins.
Analytical constituents: Protein 4.4 %, fat content <0.1 %, crude fibre 0.5 %, inorganic substances < 0.1 %.
Additives per kg: Amino acid: L-lysine (monohydrochloride) 50,000 mg. Vitamins: Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid as calcium D-pantothenate) 600 mg, vitamin B6 100 mg, vitamin B12 100 μg.
