Type of application

External genital area: If you have discomfort in the external genital area (vulva), you can apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel with your fingers. Always wash your hands before each application.

1. Remove the cap from the tube. Use the top of the cap to pierce the seal of the tube before first use.
2. Take the tube in one hand and hold the index finger of the other hand close to the tube, as shown in the illustration. Press lightly on the tube. Keep pressing until you have a sufficient amount on your finger.
3. Take at least one fingertip full (2ml).
4. Apply the gel to the external genital area.

Inner genital area:

To apply the gel in the vagina, you can use the special applicator which you will find in the pack and which can be screwed onto the tube. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube, wash it off with warm water and then close it with the cap. If you prefer to use your finger, wash your hands, apply a fingertip full of gel to your index finger and insert your finger into the vagina.

1. Remove the cap from the tube. Use the top of the cap to pierce the seal of the tube before first use.
2. Screw the applicator, which is in the pack, onto the tube.
3. Remove the small cap from the applicator.
4. Take the tube in one hand and squeeze gently until the gel comes out of the front of the applicator. When the gel comes out of the front, you know that the applicator is filled with gel and ready for use. Try out how much gel comes out when you press lightly. You need at least a fingertip full of gel (2ml).
5. Insert the applicator screwed onto the tube into the vagina as shown in the illustration. The applicator is smaller than the vagina so that it cannot damage the cervix.
6. Press lightly on the tube. You need at least a fingertip full of gel. However, there is no quantity limit and no risk if you use more.
7. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube and wash it off with warm water.
8. Close the applicator with the small cap.
