Method of use

External genital area: For symptoms in the external genital area (vulva), you can apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel with your fingers. Always wash your hands before each application.

1. Remove the cap from the tube. You can use the top of the cap to pierce the seal on the tube before first use.
2. Hold the tube in one hand and place the index finger of your other hand close to the tube, as shown in the illustration. Press gently on the tube. Continue pressing until you have a sufficient amount on your finger.
3. Use at least a fingertip’s worth (2 ml).
4. Apply the gel to the external genital area.

Internal genital area:

To apply the gel inside the vagina, you can use the special applicator included in the pack, which can be screwed onto the tube. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube, wash it off with warm water and then replace the cap. If you prefer to apply the gel with your finger, wash your hands, apply a fingertip’s worth of gel to your index finger and insert your finger into the vagina.

1. Remove the cap from the tube. You can use the top of the cap to pierce the seal on the tube before first use.
2. Screw the applicator, which is included in the pack, onto the tube.
3. Remove the small cap from the applicator.
4. Hold the tube in one hand and squeeze gently until the gel comes out of the front of the applicator. Once the gel comes out, you’ll know that the applicator is filled with gel and ready for use. Check how much gel comes out when you squeeze gently. You will need at least a fingertip’s worth of gel (2 ml).
5. Insert the applicator, which is screwed onto the tube, into the vagina as shown in the illustration. The applicator is smaller than the vagina, so it cannot injure the cervix.
6. Press gently on the tube. You need at least a fingertip’s worth of gel. However, there is no limit on the amount you can use, and there is no risk if you use more.
7. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube and wash it off with warm water.
8. Close the applicator with the small cap.
