- The direct phase provides 300 mg magnesium with a citrate content of 50 mg in combination with 2.5 mg vitamin B6.
- The depot phase provides 200 mg magnesium together with 2.5 mg vitamin B6.
- Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. The mineral contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system.
Dosage form
Directions
- Take ½ - 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient liquid, without chewing. If there is an increased need for magnesium, e.g. due to heavy physical exertion in combination with a magnesium-poor diet, take 1 tablet daily. If only an unbalanced diet is present, take ½ tablet.
- Note: Amounts over 250 mg magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive people. Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with impaired kidney function.
