- Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and healthy defences, as well as to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D – the all-rounder for your health – contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. One DEPOT tablet contains 25 μg of vitamin D3. This corresponds to 1,000 IU (International Units) of vitamin D3. Our bodies can produce vitamin D themselves through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight. However, in our latitudes, this natural production is often insufficient. Particularly during the autumn and winter months, when the metabolism is under strain and has to work harder, the body produces less vitamin D.
- With an unbalanced diet, the supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements is often less than optimal. Furthermore, the body can only store certain vitamins and minerals to a limited extent. These include water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6.
- For example, excess amounts of vitamin C consumed in one go are excreted unused, with the result that they are not available to the body when it is under increased stress.
- Thanks to a specially developed manufacturing process, the DEPOT tablet from Doppelherz acts as a kind of ‘nutrient store’. From this ‘nutrient store’, the valuable nutrients are gradually released over many hours, ensuring they are continuously available to the body.

Directions for use
- Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with sufficient liquid. The tablets can also be split in half if required.
- Notes: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with impaired kidney function.
