The mineral magnesium plays a vital role, as no living cell can fulfil its many functions without it. Magnesium is needed in the human body for energy metabolism and the transmission of stimuli, among other things. It also plays an important role in normal muscle function.

Advice: Keep out of the reach of small children. Amounts over 250 mg magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive persons. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
