- Cholesterol: beta-glucan from oats has been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. A high cholesterol level is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
- Blood sugar: Taking beta-glucan from oats as part of a meal helps to reduce the rise in blood sugar levels after a meal.
- In the stomach, beta-glucan binds bile acid and transports it out of the body naturally. The liver uses LDL cholesterol to produce new bile acid.
- The result: the LDL cholesterol level is actively reduced, while the HDL cholesterol level remains the same.
Dosage form
How to use
- Eat one portion (approx. 4 tablespoons = approx. 23 g) daily for breakfast or as a snack during the day.
- We recommend taking Betavivo® with plenty of liquid to achieve the best possible results.
- Tips for consumption: for breakfast with yoghurt or in muesli, with fruit and nuts, as a snack to nibble on between meals, over a salad, as a soup topping, ground in a smoothie.

mir persönlich erheblich lieber als die Haferherzen! ich finde es auch zum Trocken-Knuspern ganz ausgezeichnet.
