Directions for use
- Consume 2.5 ml daily with a meal.
- For heart, brain and vision: Take 5 ml daily with a meal. 5 ml contain 500 mg DHA and 350 mg EPA.
- For a normal triglyceride level: Consume 12.5 ml daily with a meal. 12.5 ml contain a total of 2.1 g DHA/EPA.
- For normal blood pressure: Take 20 ml daily with a meal. 20 ml contain a total of 3.4 g DHA/EPA.
