Directions for use
- Take 2 capsules daily after your first meal of the day with plenty of liquid. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsules may be opened and the contents taken without the capsule shell, with plenty of liquid.
- Notes: Not suitable for children and young people under 18 years of age. Do not take during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
