Doppelherz Eisen-Femin DIRECT not only provides you with the important nutrients iron, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and vitamin C, but also tastes excellent.

Iron is a vital trace element that is needed for many functions in the body. It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, the red blood pigment.

The body cannot produce iron itself and loses a certain amount every day. This important trace element must therefore be regularly supplied in sufficient quantities through food. A sufficient supply of iron should be ensured, particularly during the developmental years, during pregnancy, when breastfeeding and when eating an unbalanced or vegetarian diet.

Doppelherz Eisen-Femin DIRECT contains a combination of folic acid, vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin C in addition to 14 mg iron.

Vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Folic acid plays a role in normal haematopoiesis. Vitamins B6 and B12 and iron also contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use

Consume the contents of one sachet daily. Place the micro-pellets directly on the tongue, allow to dissolve slowly and swallow. Please tear open the sachet in the direction of the arrow.
