DermaSel Therapy JUCKREIZ AKUT BALSAM is a medical product with Dead Sea salt and Dead Sea magnesium chloride to relieve and treat the symptoms of acutely irritated skin. It was developed for rapid soothing and light cooling, especially for the acute treatment of itchy skin irritations and the typical symptoms of chronically dry skin (e.g. atopic eczema).

Active ingredients

• DEAD SEA SALT MAGNESIUM PLUS with horsetail and willowherb For centuries, extracts of horsetail (horsetail) and willowherb have been used externally for their antipruritic, skin-soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. In combination with other skin care ingredients such as almond oil, panthenol and moisturisers, as well as cooling components, they help to quickly soothe acutely itchy skin. The physical effect and the accompanying care components moisturise the skin well to counteract the recurrence of dryness-related skin irritations and maintain the improvement of the skin condition.
• 100% natural Dead Sea salt (Maris Sal, Dead Sea Salts) binds tissue moisture, has a desquamative, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching effect and improves the skin's condition.
• Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride (Magnesium Chloride, Dead Sea Magnesium Salt) works according to the osmotic principle and helps to bind moisture in the skin and prevent skin dryness thanks to its magnesium ion content.
• Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense Extract) is an extract of horsetail and contains approx. 10 % silicic acid, which binds moisture to the skin and promotes the renewal of skin cells. In combination with other minerals and flavonoids, it has an anti-inflammatory effect and helps to soothe skin irritations.
• Willowherb (Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract) contains flavonoids, including myricetin, which has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and is used for its antipruritic and skin-soothing properties.
• Almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil) is particularly rich in fatty acids, including linoleic acid, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6 and E) and minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium) and moisturises the skin. The feeling of tightness is reduced.
• Panthenol (panthenol), also known as dexpanthenol, is a B-vitamin precursor (provitamin B5) and plays a key role in the skin's regenerative metabolic processes. It has a moisturising, anti-inflammatory and regenerating effect and reduces itching.

How to use

The ointment can be used over a longer period of time and is suitable for children from the age of 3. It is free from cortisone, fragrances, colourings, PEG and mineral oil.
