Contam® Vaginal Tampon Extra - therapy option for stress incontinence (involuntary loss of urine when laughing, coughing, sneezing, etc.) and for strengthening/activating the pelvic floor muscles. Effective therapy with Contam means that there is no need for a hysterectomy with a plastic prosthesis.

How to use
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the film from the product and unwind the return string.
- Soak Contam in warm water for approx. 1 min.
- Squeeze out any remaining liquid. Contam becomes soft and elastic and can then be used.
- Use for bladder weakness: Insert Contam deep into the vagina with your fingertips, then pull the tampon back slightly so that it can be felt again with your fingertips.
- For hygienic reasons, change the tampon after 12 hours.
- Dispose of with household waste.
