Cerustop ear oil, 10 ML

Hardened earwax impairs hearing and can lead to inflammation in the external auditory canal. It should therefore be removed regularly. Cerustop® with almond oil penetrates the earwax and makes it more soluble and therefore easy to remove. Applied to a cotton pad, the ear oil also removes dirt and skin flakes from the outer ear and the external auditory canal.

Cerustop® ear oil is used to remove excess or hardened earwax (cerumen) to prevent inflammation of the external auditory canal and to clean the outer ear and external auditory canal.

Cerustop® is also suitable for hearing aid wearers.

Cerustop® can be used before ear irrigation by the doctor. After rinsing with water, we recommend the use of Normison® for rapid drying and restoration of the natural acid mantle of the skin of the external auditory canal.

Application

To remove excess or hardened earwax, drip about half a pipette of body-warm CERUSTOP ear oil into the external auditory canal with the head slightly tilted to one side. To prevent the ear oil from running out, close the ear canal with a small cotton ball, whereby the cotton ball should only be inserted loosely and never pressed into the ear canal. After about 10 minutes, gently rinse the ear with warm water - if possible using a hand shower. If the ear is very hard, we recommend repeating the process.

For additional cleaning of the pinna, drip a few drops of body-warm CERUSTOP ear oil onto a cotton wool ball and remove adhering earwax, dirt and skin flakes by wiping the pinna several times. Wipe with a dry cloth.

After rinsing with water, we recommend using NORMISON ear drops to quickly dry and restore the natural acid mantle of the skin of the external auditory canal.
