Dosage form
How to use
- Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily with a spray bottle to arms, legs or stomach and massage in gently (skin care). Allow to absorb for at least 15-20 minutes, then rinse off if necessary. The oil contains around 103 mg of elemental magnesium per millilitre.
- Tip: In addition to the application, we recommend foot baths or full baths with magnesium chloride vitality bath made from natural Zechstein Mineral Flakes.
- Note: Due to the high concentration, the magnesium solution feels oily, but it is not an oil.
