Directions for use
- Spray 2 sprays under the tongue approximately 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). Contains 5% alcohol by volume.
- Notes: We recommend that pregnant women, breastfeeding women, those taking the product long-term, and anyone taking medication consult their doctor before use. Take only before going to bed and do not use before operating machinery or driving. Do not take with alcohol. Easy to dose using the spray nozzle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Use within 3 months of opening. For adult consumption only (18 years and over).
