Canea Melatonin Sleep Spray is a dietary supplement with melatonin, passion flower extract, peppermint and sweeteners in a gentle and natural way.

A hectic everyday life, frequent stress or a lack of rest can severely disrupt natural sleep. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep* and thus naturally rest the body. Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that controls sleep and is released at nightfall. With increasing age, the body's own production of melatonin also decreases.

*The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.

How to use

Spray 2 puffs under the tongue approx. 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). Contains alcohol 5 % by volume.
Notes: We recommend that pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking medication and those taking long-term medication consult their doctor before use. Only take before going to bed and do not use before operating machinery or driving. Do not take together with alcohol. Easy to dose using the spray head. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Consume within 3 months after opening. Only for consumption by adults aged 18 and over.

Ingredients: water, sweetener: sorbitol, xylitol; ethanol, melatonin, passion flower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifier: citric acid, peppermint oil.
