How to use
- Spray 2 puffs under the tongue approx. 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). Contains alcohol 5 % by volume.
- Notes: We recommend that pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking medication and those taking long-term medication consult their doctor before use. Only take before going to bed and do not use before operating machinery or driving. Do not take together with alcohol. Easy to dose using the spray head. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Consume within 3 months after opening. Only for consumption by adults aged 18 and over.
