Food supplement with the secondary plant substances of ginger. The use of ginger dates back to the 6th century BC. The Chinese and Indians recognised its healing properties early on and still use it today in their folk medicine, such as Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. Ginger was also used centuries ago to protect against seasickness (nausea).

How to use
- Take up to 4 capsules a day unchewed with a little liquid.
- As preparation for travelling: 1 capsule half an hour before starting your journey, then a further capsule every 4 hours, up to a maximum of 4 capsules daily.
