- Psyllium has a gentle laxative effect, acts as a lubricant, contributes to the normal volume and consistency of the stool and has a prebiotic effect on the digestive system.
- Plum promotes regularity of bowel movements.
- Elderberry, prickly pear and pear support drainage.
- Chicory contributes to the function of the digestive system, liver and gall bladder, promotes regularity of bowel movements and normal stool volume and consistency. As a prebiotic, it supports the balance of the intestinal flora.

Dosage form
How to use
- 2 tablets per day for acute intestinal constipation and 1 tablet per day for impaired bowel function. It is recommended to take the tablets with plenty of water. Drink repeatedly throughout the day.
- Advice: Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more ingredients.

Microcrystalline cellulose; stabilisers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids. May contain traces of mustard and sesame.
