Burgerstein hair&nails contains an extract of millet and red algae as well as a vitamin-trace element complex. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair and zinc supports the maintenance of nails. Folate/folic acid has an important function in cell division. Ideally, it should be taken over a period of at least 3 months.
