Celery has been cultivated in Central Europe since the late Middle Ages. The best-known varieties are celeriac, celery stalks and cut celery. The Thurgau celeriac - in organic Bud quality - used for our Biotta celeriac juice has a particularly intense flavour. This is mainly due to the essential oils it contains. The gentle processing in our manufactory brings these special flavours to life, resulting in an enjoyable and natural juice. Biotta celery juice made from the best organic Thurgau vegetables is a source of potassium. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
