White cabbage used to be an indispensable food, especially in the cold season. Natural fermentation processes were used to produce sauerkraut, which had a long shelf life. Back then, cabbage was considered a miracle cure for surviving the winter. It has now been scientifically confirmed that sauerkraut is rich in natural vitamin C, which contributes to normal energy metabolism. Without any artificial additives, organic white cabbage is transformed into a directly pressed organic juice and preserved for longer thanks to the natural lactic acid. This means that you can also enjoy natural sauerkraut juice outside the cabbage season.
