Bios Griffonia with vitamin B6 capsules are a food supplement containing Griffonia. These Bios capsules combine 5-HTP from Griffonia seed extract, vitamin B6 from P-5-P and magnesium as citrate.

Griffonia simplicifolia is the scientific name for the African black bean. Griffonia has a long tradition as a herbal preparation in African culture. The seeds of this plant increase concentration, promote mental resilience and brighten the mood. This is due to the naturally high content of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) in the seeds of this African plant. 5-HTP plays a key role in the production of the "happiness hormone" serotonin. The sleep hormone melatonin is in turn produced from serotonin. This explains the sleep-promoting and calming properties of this special bean.

Griffonia Plus Bios capsules also contain vitamin B6 and magnesium.
