- Frankincense is derived from the resin of the Boswellia serrata tree. As well as essential oils, frankincense is rich in boswellic acids, which significantly inhibit the development of inflammatory reactions and have antibacterial (antimicrobial) properties.
- Devil’s claw is a traditional medicinal plant characterised by its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-rheumatic properties.
- Willow bark contains not only a high proportion of tannins but also salicylic acids, which have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects.
