How to use

Dissolve the contents of one stick in 250 ml of water or juice every morning and evening.
Can also be stirred into cold or warm food.
Basica Vital® pure can be taken daily without restriction.
Note for diabetics: One daily portion (2 sticks) of Basica® Vital pure corresponds to < 0.1 BE or 70 kJ (16 kcal).

Ingredients: Calcium lactate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenate.
1 daily portion (2 sticks) contains amount % NRV*: Calcium (as calcium lactate) 550 mg 69 %, magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 150 mg 40 %, sodium (as sodium citrate) 375 mg, potassium (as potassium citrate) 350 mg 18 %, Zinc (as zinc citrate) 5 mg 50 %, molybdenum (as sodium molybdate) 50 µg 100 %, chromium (as chromium chloride) 40 µg 100 %, selenium (as sodium selenite) 30 µg 55 %. *% NRV = % of the reference amount for daily intake according to EU regulation.
