How to use
- Stir 1 portion (16 g each) of Basica Vital® into cold or warm food in the morning and evening. Basica Vital® is particularly popular with senior citizens, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
- Basica Vital® is heat-resistant and can also be stirred into food when cooking and baking.
- Basica Vital® is slightly soluble in drinks.
- Note for diabetics: One daily portion (32 g) of Basica Vital® corresponds to 2.0 BE or 471 kJ (111 kcal). Basica Compact®, Basica Direkt® or Basica® Pur are suitable for diabetics.
- Note for people with lactose intolerance: Basica Vital® contains lactose. If you are lactose intolerant, you can take all other Basica® products.
