Properties

Full, shiny and healthy hair is a sign of health, beauty and well-being. But sometimes hair feels weak, its fullness diminishes and it lacks lustre. Split ends and hair breakage occur more easily. This can be due to a reduced supply of nutrients - for example due to stress or an unbalanced diet.
If there is a lack of important minerals, trace elements and vitamins, the body finds it more difficult to produce healthy, strong and beautiful hair.
The essential micronutrients and trace elements iron, zinc, copper, selenium and vitamin H (biotin) contained in BIO-H-TIN® Hair Essentials help your body to optimally supply the hair roots with nutrients via the bloodstream during the hair growth phase.

Essential micronutrients and trace elements for the development and healthy growth of hair:

IRON contributes to oxygen transport and energy supply in the body. It supports the immune system and cell division.
ZINC contributes to the maintenance of hair and nails, supports cell division and carbohydrate metabolism.
VITAMIN H (biotin) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair.
COPPER contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue and strengthens the protection of cell components against oxidative damage. It also supports the immune system and the maintenance of normal skin and hair pigmentation.
SELEN also contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and supports the normal function of the immune system.

How to use

Just one capsule a day - for the development and healthy growth of your hair, in addition to a balanced and varied diet. Take one capsule with plenty of liquid, preferably before or after a meal. Do not exceedthe recommended daily intake.
