Aquilea Sleep Compact Tablets is a dietary supplement with a two-layer technology: a sleep aid - melatonin 1 mg and during the night - valerian, passionflower and Californian poppy.

Increasing pressure, stress and worries, shift work, daily tasks or other reasons - sleep disorders can have many causes. All of these factors can put such a strain on us that they prevent us from falling asleep and cause us to wake up several times during the night. If we can sleep through the night undisturbed, we wake up refreshed and can start the day stronger. Get more rest and use Aquilea Sleep Compact: the two layers contain melatonin, valerian, passionflower and California poppy for a restful sleep.

Aquilea Sleep Compact was developed in collaboration with the Fundación Estivill Sueño, a non-profit organisation that promotes and researches sleep medicine, especially for adults.

This product has been developed to naturally support a better quality of sleep. Its properties are based on its innovative formulation as a tablet with two layers. This means that the ingredients are released exactly when they are needed:

  • The release of the first layer occurs quickly before falling asleep and the active ingredients of the second layer are released gradually throughout the night. The first, rapidly released layer contains melatonin. Melatonin is a substance that our body produces naturally and plays a particularly important role in helping us to fall asleep.
  • The second layer, whose release is delayed, contains extracts of valerian, passionflower and California poppy, which help to relax and promote restful sleep throughout the night. Aquilea Sleep Compact - the support for a better quality of sleep.
