Nachtruh Intens 3-phase tablets are a dietary supplement with a sustained release effect. One tablet contains 1.9 mg melatonin, ahswagandha, valerian and lavender with delayed release for up to 8 hours.

Good sleep is beneficial and important for our health. Relaxation and restful sleep are important in order to be able to cope with everyday life fresh and rested. Many people do not always sleep as undisturbed as they would like. Excitement, hectic everyday life, stress, tension and racing thoughts are often triggers for sleep problems. However, sleep problems vary greatly from person to person.

Some people find it difficult to fall asleep, others have a light, restless and non-restorative sleep. The majority of those affected wake up frequently during the night because they simply cannot get a good night's rest. It is often a combination of everything. The result: the next morning you feel tired, stressed and exhausted. For more relaxation and a more peaceful sleep, we have developed Nachtruh intens with the special 3-phase tablet - without habituation effect.

3 phases - The special composition ensures a triple effect throughout the night by releasing the tablets over a period of up to 8 hours:

The special tablet dissolves in 3 phases with a time delay:

Immediate phase: The immediate phase with melatonin and ashwagandha dissolves quickly.
Depot phase: The depot phase with melatonin and valerian extract dissolves in a long-lasting, controlled and delayed manner, up to 8 hours.
Chrono phase: The chrono phase with valerian extract and lavender extract dissolves continuously.

¹Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect of melatonin occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Ashwagandha supports falling asleep.² Valerian helps to maintain sleep and relaxation. Lavender supports relaxation and contributes to better sleep.³ Valerian helps you to sleep through the night.

Directions

Swallow 1 tablet daily unchewed with a little liquid 30 minutes before going to bed.
Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. After taking the product, the ability to participate in road traffic may be restricted.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agents (calcium phosphates, cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), valerian root extract (5-6:1), ashwagandha root and leaf extract (40:1), lavender flower extract (10:1), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose), colouring agents (copper complexes of chlorophylls, iron oxides and iron hydroxides), stabiliser gum arabic, coating agent polyethylene glycol, melatonin.
Composition per daily dose (1 tablet): Ashwagandha root and leaf extract 120 mg - of which withanolide glycosides 42 mg, valerian root extract 270 mg, lavender flower extract 100mg - of which linalool 10 mg, melatonin 1.9 mg.
